Withdrawal Policy
IJAMPS allows authors to withdraw their manuscripts at any stage of the publication process, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal Before Acceptance
- Authors may withdraw their manuscript without penalty before it is accepted for publication.
- Authors should notify the editorial office in writing, stating the reason for withdrawal.
Withdrawal After Acceptance
- If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, IJAMPS may charge a withdrawal fee.
- The withdrawal fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Withdrawal After Publication
- IJAMPS does not allow withdrawal of published articles. Instead, authors may submit a retraction or correction notice, following IJAMPS' guidelines.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- Withdrawal of a manuscript may affect the author's publication history and future submissions to IJAMPS.
By submitting to IJAMPS, authors acknowledge they've read, understood, and will comply with this withdrawal policy.
Copyright Infringement and Takedown Procedure
IJAMPS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects authors to do the same. If IJAMPS receives a notice of copyright infringement, we will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notice of Copyright Infringement
IJAMPS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects authors to do the same. If you believe content on IJAMPS infringes upon your copyright, please report it immediately to our designated content point. To report copyright infringement, the copyright owner or their authorized representative should send a written notice to IJAMPS' designated agent, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Description of the allegedly infringing material
- Proof of ownership or authorization
- Contact information
Response and Action
IJAMPS will:
- Acknowledge your report within two business days
- Promptly investigate the alleged infringement
- Take remedial action (removal, correction, or reinstatement) in accordance with applicable law
Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid notice, IJAMPS will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the author/publisher
- Investigate and respond to the notice
Counter-Notice
If the author/publisher believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice, including:
- Statement of good faith belief
- Description of the removed material
- Contact information
IJAMPS will review the counter-notice and may restore the material if it's deemed not infringing.
Repeat Infringers
IJAMPS reserves the right to terminate accounts or access of repeat infringers.
Balancing Preservation and Reuse
IJAMPS aims to balance the preservation of content with the rights of copyright holders. We strive to provide:
- Utter control to rights holders
- Clarity to readers
- Metadata to indexers for discoverability and reuse
